After reading the latest annual report they mailed me I sold out. They don't seem to care about increasing shareholders value. I think they are content with just being where they are...the management has no incentive to do anything about the stock price. THey get their salaries, the company seems to have steady income....they don't seem to have huge investment in research. If I remeber correctly a huge pharmaceutical company owns mostof the shares? if true, and the pareant co doesn't seem to worry about return on ivestment....this is a dead dog.
