Justin - I don't know how many other companies are attempting to produce a version of this technology, but there are probably around a dozen, including ULBI and VLNC, a couple of small, private US companies and a number of the Japanese. The question is who will be first with a product that works and can be manufactured in large quantities? It looks as though ULBI will be first. Greg
