Sally McBride and others like her, are making a serious error while bringing up their children. Work and all that involves is a very useful tool for life in general. Think how many people in their 30's and 40's are getting divorced, because most of them have no concept of money and anything to do with money....from earning it, to saving it and everything inbetween. They only thing that many of them know is how to spend it.

Our Congress and Administration seems to be full of people who never have had to actually earn money....most of them have not worked in any business, nor been responsible for making payroll. IMO, it should be mandatory for anyone running for public office (ANY public office) to have at least 5 years in business for themselves, and at least 5 years working in a large company.

Maybe then we would have people who knew how the 'real world works' before they start spewing out their ideas and policies to those of us who have worked for a living, and didn't rely on a public payroll job.
