Winer, INCO's press release of 10-27-97 lists all the orebodies found to date at Voisey's Bay. Here they are with INCO-estimated reserve or resource (indicated or inferred) sizes and which company I credit with the discovery geophysics or geology. MMT is tonnes in millions.

1 Ovoid -- 31.7 MMT reserves DFR
2 Eastern Deeps Main -- 47.0 MMT resource DFR
3 Eastern Deeps Far Zone -- 5.6 MMT resource INCO
4 Southeast Extension -- 2.4 MMT inferred DFR
5 Western Extension -- 7.3 MMT resource DFR
6 Western Extension Lower Zone -- 5.6 MMT inferred DFR (then INCO)
7 Western Extension Reid Brook -- 16.7 MMT inferred INCO

Hey, don't get me wrong--I still own quite a few shares of INCO and I have been doing a bit of consulting for INCO during last two years. I like and enjoy teasing INCO geologists, (my wife of 21 years is a geologist.)

Regards, T.

P.S. I enjoyed Lowe's little INCO history lesson, sure he's biased like all journalists. I didn't like his tendency of blaming greedy-militaristic-Americans for all the ills of INCO and Sudbury and Canada. Lowe does know a bit about mining, and that is refreshing; especially after reading some of the right-leaning editorial-drivel that sometimes gets published in the Northern Miner.
