Because you made the claim I fact checked you. Virtually everybody agrees that Clinton squandered the surplus through excessive budget expansion.

I checked your posts from 2000 and before. I searched for "clinton Budget" in 1997 and before, 1998, 1999 and 2000. No results were returned.

You were not complaining nonpartisanly about budgetary over runs. The fact is your statement cannot be reconciled with your posting history.

I expanded the search in 2000 for just the word "Clinton". If they were about politics they were partisan posts.
