It's hard to keep up with your spin. I had not heard of NEM until you told me it should be compared with QCOM. That seemed a reasonable proposition. Now that's apparently not a good comparison. Okay, back to gold. There must be a graph somewhere comparing gold since "irrational exuberance" was born and QCOM of the same vintage.

Or, perhaps you will spin it that gold should only be considered since you joined the Aztec cult. <... odd, i thought all along that since our acquaintance and engagement on si, the debate was between qcom vs gold, as opposed to wireless signals and nem>

Gold won't be the global currency. That's a dopey idea. Abstract money works just fine, if done right. Digging up gold is for barbarians. Which reminds me, I should check out some gold prospects and take a summer trip around the Coromandel Peninsula or perhaps even Otago. I might rediscover some barbarian inclinations of my own.

Regarding courts of possession for the mentally failed - seems a reasonable idea since mentally failed cannot contract and contract is a legal construct so their assets cannot be legally disposed of other than by court edict. Heck ... Mq apologist for lawyers, what is the world coming to?
