I would like to see how that could be true. Remember, sequestration technology is not yet commercially available and we are not simply talking about reducing growth in emissions - we are talking radical reductions - almost immediately.

All solutions I have seen in the time frames referenced are based on simple ignorance by the proponents in engineering and construction realities. Sadly, ignorance may be too kind of a term.
