simple ignorance by the proponents in engineering and construction realities Ever notice how engineers always put the oil filter where it takes a master's degree in auto mechanics to get it off? That's because engineers are not required to change the oil in the cars they design. There are better examples, but I don't have the time to think them up. Politicians and engineers should be required to actually use the stuff they come up with. Like health care reform and oil filter maintenance.
