David, let me add my thanks for the CC notes. Does anyone know for a fact whether Micrascan III has demonstrated at .18um and, if so, whose phase shift mask they were using? There seems to be a strong inference that this has occurred. A very good sign of confidence in the company from the pre-orders for Micrascan IV -- a nice, what, $90MM development fund from big buyers. I'm holding what I have of SVGI, but I'm not buying more until I see some earnings and (considering SGV's new Asian exposure) a little more stability in the Pacific Rim. The upside is huge right now, but there are a lot of cheap stocks and SVG is going to have to show the analysts some actual earnings before the price really soars.
