I've been watching this company for a few years now.
Every year it seems this is the year the stock is going to break out, but somehow it just never does. I don't know if it is because they only really have the Montana project or because the insiders don't have a huge equity position in the company or what. Last month we saw Royal Fund unload a portion of their placement stock at a loss.
It seems the comapny is not top priority for management - yet.
