Again... don't know the bozo, (nor have I ever followed his career/life in any kind of close detail), so I can't actually speak to his 'character' (such as it may be). But --- him being a politician of sorts --- I already assign his reputed character to a lower strata on general principle... and, merely based upon the years of Press mentions painting him into a Racialist corner, and based upon the fact that I never expect racists to be especially intelligent (unable to see beyond their own crippling internal biases and foolish dogma don't 'cha know...) I have never been especially inclined to advance him out of that lower quadrant. But, like I said... can't say that I really know anything about him in depth like I do for numerous other public persons.... (And I especially have no idea what could possibly cause you to suspect that he is some sort of great military/strategic strategist....)
