The only ones claiming James Byrd Jr. death was racially motivated were Hate Crime advocates. The perpetrators said something else all together, but when you're obsessed on controlling people, you'll say anything to get what you want.

Who to believe?

And I don't want "compulsory" anything. I want them out of my life as much as possible. People who want to control thoughts and emotions are desperate. No doubt they lead boring, miserable lives and have made terrorizing the rest of us their personal crusade.

Interesting idea, and silly as it sounds some people believe they will take on traits of their donar and would refuse organs from maniacs. I'm sure they'd be overruled by the know it all police and if they still refused, their case would be turned over to the death panels.
