OT:Not sure about tdw but RBC has a worthless securities form which you can fill out. In essence, the bank is buying your shares for 0$ and not charging a commission. This is valid and recognized by CRA however the shares are gone. If the shares ever get relisted or there is some sort of payout you won't get anything.
