Bush gave you guys something but it wasn't enough.

Even when well intended bush was drunk and disorderly. Part D was passed with exactly the kind of liability bush claimed he was trying to eliminate in SS...how illogical is that?

Part D should have been part of a universally designed and well structured health care system....but how can the country progress on the matter when the republicans stand in the way of decency, and progress?
