Part D was passed with exactly the kind of liability bush claimed he was trying to eliminate in SS...how illogical is that?


This, of course, is not true. SS's unfunded liability goes up every year, Part D's comes down.


Part D should have been part of a universally designed and well structured health care system.


That would be fine except you see what a train wreck it has become with Obama efforts. Had the Rs undertaken it it would have been the same kind of mess.

This is the problem with these social programs like MC and SS. Once broken, they can't be fixed. Thus, they should never be attempted in the first place.
