I think that just means that Ford is now sending checks ot CR. I don't trust them. Their reliability reviews don't seem at all accurate on the cars I have owned, except for the Toyota I once owned. They said it was reliable and it was. But they said my Mazda was also a reliable vehicle and it wasn't. They said the Caravan was so so to poor, and it was better than the Toyota. They said the Ford Taurus was so so to poor, and they were right, but the items that failed were the ones they had good reports on, and the items that were supposedly bad were just fine. Presently my Jeep isn't so good per CR, but I have had only one problem and it was fixed easily. The Dakota PU is also marginal, no problems except for a freon leak in the AC.
