Great links Bill...Gates called Cowpland a "marketeer" and said he's caused "a little noise up there in Canada but we haven't heard much of it in the U.S.". Gates of course is both marketeer and monopolist. It takes one to know one and I wouldn't want to bet against Cowpland.
