People have phone but they have no one to call until they get the yellow pages. Local ads on TV give people a chance to drive to local businesses. So, multiple pictures(ads) in a picture is important technology for more local ads to be seen at the same time. Its big. Each cable plant may pay $25,000 per year to manage local ads schedule and payment directly with local businesses(At $100 a spot per week).
