LOL. No it meant they agreed with everything Rush said. Definition of "ditto":

repeat an action or statement; "The next speaker dittoed her argument"
ditto mark: a mark used to indicate the word above it should be repeated

I remember when you thought Ireland was still an economic miracle 'cause you were there 3 years ago or something... I had to inform you they had hit the skids as bad as anyone.

You are someone that really doesn't have a clue. There should be a basic test for posting on SI.
