If you don't like the math why don't you tell us what the cost was per extra vehicle sold? Be sure to fudge in a bunch for bogus secondary effects and benefits.

Based on the "success" of the program perhaps the federal government should have a new vehicle lottery. They could include 100 lottery ticket for each taxpayer and give away a new car each week. Those who don't pay taxes could buy tickets at the local convenience store.

After ObamaCare we could add a lottery for medical care. If your number is drawn you get to schedule an appointment with a doctor.
