WHAT? I think you have made a major mistake Jeff. All those in favor of Jeff's comment, say I. To you, I say shame on you. Ariel did not plow anything into ABTX in the classic sense. If you read the fine print(SC13-D), Ariel was on the supporting end of a private placement of shares with BCMD. How many shares? 9.9% worth. I believe the dates were July 2 and September 21. The first PP was for .10 per share and the second PP was for .07 per share. Ariel, depending on when the shares are exercisable, is sitting on 1000% profit RIGHT NOW. They stand to gain no matter what. We fall to .20 or we sail to $10. They do not really care. They already are sitting on a goldmine. Imagine if they sold their stake, if they could or when they could. People, people, people, let us pay attention to the facts and not hype. Could one have considered these people to be a JV partner. Somewhat-they put up cash in return for shares to support their activities. When it runs out NO JV=no money=no gold. I sold at 1 1/8 and cleared my stake in this company today.
