My best friend, who died 3 years ago on the 26th of October (4 days ago anniversary), grew up in Paris, spent 50 years as a literary agent in Hollywood, and loved the Hollywood Hills, where she had a home. We divided her ashes. Her son took one part to Paris and scattered them in several different sections of the city that she loved. Her daughter and I took a vase to the Hollywood Hills and a third went to Tahiti where she spent many happy times. No reason why you can't spend time in all the places you love.
