I propose we sellect a recipient for the petition as a first step. This will determine format and content. My suggestion is to leverage iaden's last letter (http://siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=26052985) and send it to Justice Minister Rob Nicholson with as many signatures as we can get. Our goal is: by denouncing AV criminal intent, we bring attention to the larger issue of public confidence in the securities market. Once the petition is online we then send the signature link to everyone on our contact lists and ask them to do the same. Anyone who owns stock has a vested interest in getting this deal properly investigated since their life savings in some cases are at stake. I think there will be broad appeal. Awaiting comments/suggestions
