One of the Big Lies in this campaign has been the overstatement of the group whho are "underserved", obviously, to make the problem look bigger than it is.

Sure, but my point was that there are, indeed, people who are underserved. Dismissing them out of hand is not helpful. They have fallen through the cracks of the system and don't deserve scorn. That the size of the group has been overstated is not their lie. Responsible people of whatever persuasion acknowledge them.
