Now they are collecting them for charity: Cloquet project hooks 1,000 bras With only four days to go, Curves of Cloquet closed in on its 1,000-bra goal this week in its unique promotion to collect donations for women in the local chemical dependency program and other worthwhile causes. By: Wendy Johnson, Pine Journal Cloquet Curves Manager Sarah Jakubek throws her weight behind the massive “bra ball” created with nearly 1,000 bras donated by Curves members and residents of the community. The bras will be distributed to women at Liberalis, the Damiano Center, Safe Harbor Crisis Center and the Salvation Army for fire victims.
