If the government is cutting Medicare benefits to the tune of $500 BILLION dollars OR MORE over the next 10 years (starting when exactly????)....

and most of the people on Medicare have paid premiums for their entire working lives since 1965.....Then WHY is the Government letting people in here with a known disease and have paid nothing into any insurance program here....That number from the Government could be hundreds of millions of people......WHAT are they doing?
