you sold your boat? Yes. It got to that stage where everything needed to be replaced and it was just sucking money for the repairs. The straw was the corrosion on the boot of the mast. Replacing the mast meant replacing all the rigging and months of engineering it to get the balance right. And it might never get right. So after 40 years of sailing, I walked away from it. Every once in awhile I get the craving but can always call friends and go out with them.
