hello rolla coasta, just pinging as i review the enveloping situation.
do you begin to see the astuteness of my three years long wager on industrial real estate, purchased at multi-decade and absolute lows, yielding 450x what the banks pay, and now a bit more obvious to the unwashed masses as to the still very good value, fantabulous potential, and drop-everything-else imperative to own?
the club purchases range from cost of hk$ 900 to $ 1,800, yielding between 6.8 to 4.25%, and now, by latest transaction in same buildings, about 2x our cost.
i would say good wagering over a 36 months elapse time, no? and a tip, the next 84 months will be much more fantastic.
cheers, tj
p.s. yes, yes, i expect an outstanding buying opportunity that should be as the japanese in 2010 either pull their capital back and/or print more.
a win win outcome. |
