I am LMAO! I am working on a batch of rustic bread as we speak. Doing the pre-ferment tonight and I'll bake the bread tomorrow. I looked at that site you linked but I don't like recipes that tell me to measure i ngredients by weight. I ended up with this: thefreshloaf.com I'll let you and the thread know how it turns out. PS - I also have several loves of Pumpkin bread in the oven at the moment. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out. We aren't getting too many trick or treaters tonight.
