i spoke with Leslie Cole regarding the rumors about problems with Cymer lasers and she was emphatic that there are no reported problems from the manufacturers. i asked again about Komatsu, and her comment was that it would take a significant amount of time for Komatsu to first introduce the laser to the market place and then have it tested for use. i also stated my concerns regarding Bret and his prediction of 350 vs. Cymer's growth line prediction of 550 to 600 sold next year. i expressed my concerns about the Fleckenstein comment calling Cymer a "DUV bulb" company and contrary to a report on this thread the industry does not refer to Cymer's lasers as the "DUV bulb company" (whoever reported that on this thread was lying or want't to spread a rumor himself). they did not think it was in their best interest to comment on this reflection by Fleckenstein.
