Good post Bob. To Aid Capital Formation is supposed to be a primary SEC Goal....is there any proof that it is? 1. Capital formation is a process, which is governed by the laws governing Stock issuance. 2. The rules of engagement are clear. insider sales are regulated, every step of the process has rules which enable a free and fair market. Subversion of rules, disables free and fair market. Power and influence as in the elitist club / cabal have completely subverted these laws under the nose of the sec and other agencies. Under current conditions Price is an artifact; which facilitate hierarchal interests. Those interests are rationalized in so many ways as to create a state of capitulation, against the stated primary mission of aiding and facilitating capital formation.
