Yup. That's exactly what the article I posted said. Why do you object? CA has a super majority of Dems but they can't rule because of structure......the 2/3 majority requirement. And now that's happening on the national level......all that does is lead to gridlock. As the minority, that makes you happy but it shouldn't.

It tells you something when the legislature can increase spending with a simple majority but can't increase tax rates without a supermajority. Of course liberals think the answer is to just lower the barriers to higher taxes. They're so stupid, they have no clue what the root causes are.

You know....you are so hyped up in ideological and partisan sh*t, you can't see clearly. What you see as humorous is really hurting the state of CA and its people.
