I don't accept Lew's dismissal as entirely fair. But I have a clue
for you. Bloombergs nose was tweaked and they have the odd shekel lying around. The statements publically accused them and Steffy of a jounalistic fraud which people have done serious jail time for and recently. The letter was a bombshell. Its small wonder that it was pulled.

My statements by contrast are opinion based on perception of action and fact. There is an important legal difference. Green's statements were accusation of an action constituting fraud. Mine were an opinion of the quality of an action which was in itself indisputable. They have delayed results and made dubious claims. I can say that I think that is crooked and incompetent. Who can deny it?

For Green to say Bloomberg is party to collusion with shorts may be untrue itself as an act. Litigable pronto.

All in all I do not think Green meant to actually libel Bloomberg as to warn them of a suspected occurrence which I would accept as a defense.
