Done with Mexico, I move south. Central America is minnow land. And minnows are preys, there as everywhere in the world.

Too little resources. Too little strategic importance. No serious student of European history would put in the same bag San Marino, the Vatican, Monaco or Andorra on par with UK, Germany and France.

But the very same serious students of Latin America, keep making the same mistakes of putting Brazil, Argentina and Mexico with the same bag as Panama, Costa Rica and Trinidad Tobago.

Now when the see the rest of the iceberg they are surprised.

Have you receivbed that bag via FEDEX, UPS or DHL with a 500g item in a big box full of stuff to to full it in?

Yes? Well this is the OECD economies. Full of size by hollow on the inside.

Why someone would do such thing? Have you seen a peacock? Yes? Ok. The peacock makes himself big to scare the predator.

It is a minnow with long feathers. Now, we are not intimidated by size. We respect substance. We have seen a plucked turkey before.

Mexico -keeping the aviarian analogy- made the mistake to see a chicken and thought it was an ostrich.
