Too little resources..... you mean like Japan? Human resources are every countries greatest potential until they become the countries greatest liability... When does the transition from asset to liability happen? it happens everyday that freedom is usurped by a political elites, under the banner of doing good for those folks playing the role of dumber, in the dumb and dumber programs that are so repeatably obvious to anyone with better eyes. just saying....from a guy whose job is input.
