Oh of course I am not upset. And I do realize your concerns. Believe me no one else wants this stock to move up than I. SPNSF has been perhaps the most agonizing experience of my life (since 94 till of course recently when it finally started to take off). I figure for the pain and agony that I went through over this stock for over 3 years I deserve at least 200% return (which I still do not have since my average share price is at around $5.7/shr). On the other hand if I become greedy I may end up losing the profit I already have and go through the pain and agony once again! I am sure we all have experienced in one form or another that in life when one goes through a bad experience he/she always fears that experience may happen again. And when they do, eventhough one has become wiser, nevertheless the pain will still be there!!

So I do realize you concerns which are also my concerns as well. I would really want to know what was said in the coinference call and what the mood seemed to have been. For now SPNSF seems to move with the overall market (as opposed ot a couple of months ago that it basically kept going up regardless of how the market was doing). I think one of the reasons the earnings report and Ron Zuckerman's comments in that report do not seem to be so exciting is because of the pain they have also gone through! Back in 92-93 they were so enthusiastic and upbeat about the company and its prospects everytime their earnings came out that they perhaps went too far! When the company did poorly and the restatement of earnings came, they were all sued. Now that the law suit is settled I think they have become also very wise and trying to be as conservative as they can. However this is just my opinion.

Addi Jamshidi
