Thanks BeaverFever. Typos spotted. I also removed references to criminal investigation per SixtiesKid's suggestions. Once this petition is online, the link to sign it should be emailed to everyone on our respective address books there is potential for a lot more signatures than there are active members on this forum. In editing the original text, I tried to put focus on the need to shore up investor confidence in the securities system. This is something we share with everyone on all the investor forums we contribute to. posting a link there is mildly OT and most I think will not mind. We can get support for this project. No one wants to see creative accounting and closed door dealings wipe away however little one has invested in companies in similar situation to that of AV. This situation is appalling by anyone's judgment.
