Remember when you were against the very notion of a "credit card" economy? So nice to see you change your tune, all in the name of "stimulus" and Keynesian economics.

Nice tap dance change of subject. Again you can't spend those billions without creating worker hours. Please acknowledge that that is true.

Yes I was against putting wars on credit cards. We should have had tax increases to pay for them, instead of tax cuts. That led to a true emergency, the total meltdown of the world's financial system. It required emergency action, and both the Dem and Republican administrations, and the Dem and Republican Congress responded.

The recession started 12/07, with 14 months to go in the Bush administration. It ended, it looks like, in July/August '09, 7 months into the Obama administration. We can thank some Bush folks and many Obama folk for not being in a severe depression at this very point in time... when both you and I would likely be out of work. Denial of these facts doesn't change them.

Just a coincidence that "your side" is in charge now? How convenient.

You've been on the far right too long. Come out of the cold. You've become a cynical jerk like the rest of them.
