Back in September I asked what measures the company was taking to protect themselves against exactly the kind of games that appear to have been played here. I was assured that they were only going to deal with financial partners that were of the highest integrity and that there was no way they would do a financing under $1.50. With gold in a ripping bull market, there are a LOT of places they could have gotten $10MM. They did not have to get in bed with the street ho's. But...whatever. What's done is done and I guess it doesn't do any good to continue moaning about it although I did feel as if a little gnashing of the teeth and wailing are justified here. Hopefully the company will give us something else to focus on and the sooner the better.
