Is there any charge to transfer part of your account to Datek from E*Trade if you leave the $2000 in E*Trade. E*Trade trades penny stocks while Datek apparently does not, so I will probably leave them in my E*Trade account out of neccessity. Also, what is the minimum amount that can be transferred to Datek to open a new account there.
