conspiracy exists and has a legal meaning. Conspiracies exist, but one shouldn't assume that all unexplained negative events are the result of a conspiracy.

Would you call Obama's suspension of the rule of law where the UAW was rewarded with ownership of 55% of Chrysler instead of giving secured debt holder priority? I'm sure there was lots of talking between different parties, but I wouldn't call it a conspiracy. i would call it slimy political payback.

so if your argument is "conspiracies exist". I concede, yes, they do.
