Process Question for the group. I just got of the phone with the TA....and thank god finally they have transfered my certs into my name as of 10/24. From there they said the mailed them back to the DTC so the DTC will mail them to me. So I would guess there back at the DTC by now. Now that apparently there is a Chill (whatever for) at the DTC what are my odds of getting my certs from the DTC in a timely manner?:)
