my attorney, who is also a municipal judge, has told me that 'driving while black' is a real hazard when you are in some podunk predominately white municipality...he has the stats to prove it... he knows all too well about the discrimination that happens in these communities... make no mistake about it, minorities are indeed HARASSED... sorry to the conservative 'law and order' cop supporting types here but it is true...until you experience it first hand you will never understand. in my case the minority in question had an 'hispanic sounding' last name
