Our "representatives" keep giving them more tools to misuse. In this state they now can pull someone over if they think (or claim they thought) the driver or passenger doesn't have a seat belt on. Unfortunately by the time most people have encountered the irrational clenched fist it will be too late for them to change their minds on this trend.
