'jealous of the sports car'

my son told me after they told him to start walking 'home' he saw the sports car go zooming past him....

it was extremely expensive to tow, so they just got a guy to drive it to the lot where the cars are kept...

when we went to pick it up, the workers at the car towing /repair company were extremely nice and had taken extreme care wrt the car...they were excited and thrilled to be able to drive a car like this and wanted to make sure it was well protected...

(no thanks to the police, only to the car towing company guys who recognized the value of the car they were towing...great guys all around)

i agree with your point that you cannot 'win' with a lawsuit against the cops...

the only thing in my son's favor is he is/was not a resident of the city where the abuse took place...

i've told him exactly what you said...'don't be pushed around'

sue the bastards

he doesn't live there and shouldn't have the 'fear' of cops harassing him in any case...

i doubt that he will...

he has a real career and a real life to live, and doesn't see the the 'benefit' of putting himself through a lawsuit that even if he wins...

he loses
