They are also raiding the coffers of the cities and towns. They took $1 million from our town promising it would be paid back with interest. The mayor says 3 years from now when it's supposed to be paid back, they will "borrow" the money again, extending the "loan" another 3 years and tacking on the interest to be paid 3 years hence. All this "borrowed" money will never be paid back.

There's 480 cities/towns in CA. We're a relatively small town and they take more from the larger cities.

The people we have in Sacramento don't know what they're doing. Bunch of amateurs with no experience. They make mistakes and then rob and steal from the people.

The people will not get their 10% back in April. The state will figure out a way to keep the money.
