1. Let's make homes affordable for people who can't afford them. There's a novel idea.

2. Let's give homebuilders back the taxes they paid for five years so we can keep them in business. If they went out of business and there was an increased demand for new homes, it would takes years and possibly even decades to recreate the highly proprietary information and technological knowhow the present crop of losers possess.
