Re appealing Medicare, I recently used a medical service not participating in Medicare. Just out of curiosity I have been looking for how one might submit a claim. Haven't found it yet.

I don't know anything about nonpar providers since I don't have any I work with, but I was thinking that even nonpar providers have to be enrolled with Medicare for reimbursement to occur, and if they're enrolled they're required to file the claim for you. No?
