No RW, you are arguing that just a $115B "stimulus" and a 0.4% difference in unemployment (if you believe the inflated numbers from the White House) made the difference between a "crisis" and a "catastrophe." It is a silly argument if you ask me. To the extent the stimulus has helped, it is only because more people are being put on the government dole at the expense of a massive increase in national debt. I'm really not sure why these guys can't see this. The GDP increase figures that came out recently were almost 100% increases in government, not in industry.
