CVS business model might be broken, per media article. If so, valuation of stock is problematic.

Additionally and anecdotally, where I live these drug chains continue to be putting up stores left and right. They must believe there's an enormous amount of sick people around here...Or people wanting to buy junk food, cosmetics, and stuff they don't need.

Stock looks to be about $29 now. Unless I see some positive reasons to buy now, I'm not interested until and unless stock drops below, maybe way below, stated book value ($24-25).
